I'm not sure why they thought it was appropriate to completely ignore the stipulations of our contract and make substitutions without my consent, but they absolutely did and made no apologies about it. After reading other's reviews, I'm assuming they are just unprofessional and have absolutely no idea how to run a successful business. When I tried contacting them to discuss the contract issues, they responded in detail with one email and had nothing to give me but excuses. They then continuously blew me off and gave me the run around, so much so that I now have handed the situation over to my attorney and fully intend to pursue their breach of contract. After the thousands of dollars that we spent on our wedding and the countless hours we spent perfecting it, New Dream Catering's lack of planning and poor decision making ruined our event and reinstated my belief that true customer service doesn't exist in this world anymore.
