Reported immediately to VISA. Shipment went through customs without a return address. Maybe the feds are in on this. They made an offer of $35 if I kept the boots. Or $75 if I returned them. According to VISA, you need to return in order to secure refund. So, they have a BIG FRAUD going on in which they make $60 per disgusted customer. They divide profits. I am not accepting their offer.
