I ordered UGG boots at a discount. Never got a confirmation or e-mail that confirmed the order went thru. $103.53 was taken from my bank credit card. I disputed the charge w/my bank., however I did receive the boots (imitation), now i want to send the boots back and want them to credit my account. No return confirmation came with package and no return address. The bank told me that this is the web site that charged my account, i have e-mailed multiple times to get a return address and finally someone got back to me who said give me your order # because they can't find anything with my name on it. I finally got a return address. I will try to return under ZHU ZHIHUA, SANZI GARDEN, YANSHOU ROAD. Licheng district, putian city, fujian province china, 351100. (i doubt if i will get a credit) A lesson learned to go on a non-secure web site)
