I thought I was ordering Ugg Boots that were listed on sale.instead, I received a non leather copy of the boots that did not feel or smell like Ugg Boots. They did not fit well and certainly did not offer the same comfort as an Ugg Boot. This company offered Pay Pal and I thought that made them genuine. Unfortunately, they have not responded to my e-mails and I have not been able to reach anyone to get a refund for my purchase. The shipping label was in Chinese and I had to have it translated in order to get the information listed in this report. The boots are not even the right color or length that they promised. They are clearly rip offs and I am not happy.
