Company advertises they are selling authentic UGG boots with a guaranteed return policy, the boots are in fact knock-offs at authentic price, and it is impossible to return the boots to the company

BlueFlyBoots.com advertises authentic UGG boots. I purchased a pair of the kids UGG boots for my grand-daughter for Xmas and paid the price for a pair authentic UGGS. They also offer a guaranteed return policy.
Upon receiving the boots I was very disappointed, they are knock-offs at authentic price. I e-mailed BlueFlyBoots to obtain the return form via e-mail. There was no repsonse. After approx. 6 e-mails I finally received an answer, no return form was e-mailed to me. I was informed I could return the boots for an exchange and was sent an address in China where I could return the boots.
Needless to say I was not going to send to boots to China, as I felt I would never see the boots or any exchange or money. I am stuck with a pair of knock-off boots at $100 and had to purchase an authentic pair of Uggs for my grand-daughter at another $100.
I am amazed that these companies can get away with scamming the general public in such a manner. If they had advertised Ugg like boots I never would have purchased them.
