In April I went on-line for a FREE quote from Geico.com & had thought I opted out from all/any communications from them. That proved untrue & after many irriate phone calls & going thru their opt-out process on-line I am still receiving junk mail from them as of today, April 26. I believe 10 months of verbally & electronically requesting removal of my information has shown more patience than required.
PLEASE REMOVE MY BLESSED INFORMATION FROM you unreliable, dishonest (as I have been assured 3 times it would be removed) and unprofessional system. NO, I will not "just send it back with remove from mailing on it" as I have no assurance the info will be disposed of properly & I do NOT wish to have my idenity stolen.
Geico's customer service reps are sarcastic, condensending and I would suggest going without insurance then Geico as proper conclusion of my MANY requests have obviously been ignored it stands to reason if you had to file a request for coverage they hope you tire of waiting & give up. That or just ignore you.
REMOVE MY INFORMATION FROM YOU SYSTEM. Not a hard request to follow & the crap excuse, "we have multiple systems" is just that CRAP!
Irritated & fustrated.
