In the last 2 months Geico added 2 drivers to my insurance policy without my permission and authorization. One of them was a roommate that had moved out of state. Another one was my teenage daughter that lives with her father. I have spent hours and weeks getting her removed from the policy jumping thru hoops for documents. Geico still expects me to pay a premium for a month that it took them to remove her. I consider this fraud and am looking into legal options at this point. How can they add her without any authorization and refuse to credit the fraudulently charges after they remove her cause they were in error to begin with. Never going to recommend geico again!!
