Absolutely the most unbelievably horrible order & customer svc system I've EVER encountered in my decades of mail ordering. Order placed early on 11/26. Four items, all showing as "In stock & w/b shpd together." 12/7 - No ship notice or items received, so I called & was told that 3 of the 4 items were B/O'd but would be in "any day now" and am assured that (to Hawaii) they would be sent First Class. Same answers w / no further progress on 12/9 & 12/14. On 12/15, I see a pending chg on my CC acct but in the amt of only one of the 4 items ordered. Still no notice or comms from WB.
Called 12/16 & was told that only 1 of the items is being shipd & the rest of the order was cancelled in order for them to release the one item. NO comms to that effect, I wd not have know had I not seen the pending chg & called. They said the 1 item is prob being shped tomorrow (Sat 12/17). Tues 12/20, still no one item recvd. Look online in my WB acct & to my shock & horror, see a reversed amt for this one item. I called, infuriated of course, but was very calm & tactful in listening to them tell me that instd of being shpd as charged, the one item was since found to be unavailable & therefore cancelled. Mind you, there was not one single call or email informing me of these back orders, changes, cancellations, supposed SHIP or subsequent cancellation of even the one item. Disney orders are flawless. How can an equally well-established company like WB perform more like a Nigerian scam?
