On June 24 I ordered 4 items from Bikers Den. Order total $199. And was to receive with in 3 to 5 business days. On July 8 received two messages saying two of the four items were on back order. But during the initial ordering process I indicated on the form in comments that "I was not interested in placing anything items on back order. If items were not in stock to let me know. I received a reply the following day indicating that all items are in stock and ready for shipping. To date I've only received 1 of the 4 items and two of the four they're saying now that they don't have.
I have requested to cancel the two back order items and now believe that I will receive a message soon saying that one more items is not in on back order.
All this is after I received messages indicating items were in stock and ready for shipping.
It appears Bikers Den attempts to stall you so they can "search" for item ordered but hook you with a quick email saying "all item are in and ready for processing/shipping.
Out of the four (4) items order I received one (1) today 7/8/09. They are saying that two (2) items are back order (which I requested that they cancel). There is one more item outstanding but I've got a feeling I'll get a message soon indicating "that item is also on back order.
