Started to order Ugg boots from them for $68.00 and after giving my credit card info and other info, I was almost to the completion of the order and realized they were charging $82.66. I did not complete the order. A few minutes later, I got a call from Visa asking if I ordered anything in that amount. I explained that I did not complete the order and did not want it paid for. I was thinking all was ok.
I got a phone call from someone with an Asian accent that was international phone number and asked if I ordered boots... I said no. She started yelling at me that they were a reputable company. I hung up.
I thought that would be the end of that. Well, I was out and my husband accepted this busted up box. When I came home I opened the box and saw these shabby looking knockoff of Uggs
and they were not even in the right size. I have tried to contact them but without an address, where would I go. I sent an e-mail and did get a reply. It said they did not know what I was talking about please be clearer and give them a reference #. Well, I found a reference # on the shipping bill but they said they did not recognize it.
This morning I called Visa and got pushed from one rep to the next. The last one told me that since I had the boots, I had to send them back. I asked her where I would send them without an address. She said take them to the post office and they would know where to send them. No way! I would never send them back because they would then have my money and the boots. I need help with this.
