I ordered a pair of UGG boots (Size 8) for my daughter and included the expedited shipping charge. The company delivered Size 5. When I asked for an address to send the boots back for exchange they advised that it would cost too much to ship back and for $60 they would send me the right size. I immediately halted the sale on my credit card and sent the boots back.
