I bought a pair of Boots from bootsabc.com and they were defective in that they were not made of sheep skin but a senthetic material and the fake fur was missing from the heel cups causing my daughters heels to bleed. I contacted the company and they told me they would have to see the boots in order to see if they were defective.
After many emails they requested pictures which I had taken and sent them. They then asked me if I would consider compensation. I told them to send me a new pair of boots or refund my money. After many more emails they explained to me that they would have to have the boots returned but that it was not a good idea since many of their packages get lost or are held up in customs, and that it was possible that I would not have boots nor would they??? They asked me if I would accept compensation of 10 US dollars. I sent email back saying that I would accept a complete refund or at least 100.00 US. I am awaiting answer. These people don't seem to understand doing business. Any help would be appreceated
