Ugg shoes is a fraud. Fellow consumers DO NOT order from their web site. I had ordered boots on Dec 30,07, paid $180.00 and waited and waited for the boots. Cancelled order then waited for a response. They said they would "try to cancel my order". They claimed to have a full stock and ready to ship! That was a complete lie!!! As of Jan 20,08.. Still no boots and no credit back to my visa. Their response to all of my emails-"we are trying to cancel your order" Come on, obviously I do not have the boots and wanted a refund. They refuse to credit my card. I intend to contact the local authorities in Lake Elsinore, CA.
