Signed up for $2.95 for a VIN report on 12/15 but when I got the login info the web site kept saying 'Account is disabled.' so I called them the next day and they said that they would reset it and send me an email. Never got the email and then was not able to call them before the 3 days were up because of limited call time and I had a funeral to go to. When I called them on the 4th day and explained they had already charged me the $29.95 and said they would cancel it but wouldn't hear of giving me any money back even though I wasn't satisified with their service, or NO SERVICE, for that matter. I demanded to talk to a supervisor and the person I talked to indicated that wouldn't do any good but took my name and number to pass that to a supervisor for them to call me (we'll see if I ever get a call). Also, they didn't have any record of the phone call on the 16th so am not very hopeful NOR impressed with their customer service! Do not use this service - looks to be full of just making a quick buck not providing any service!!
