Ripoff customer service dishonset Supervisor attitude can't understand or listen

I bought my TMobile on line thru Cellusr Choices. I got it in March of this year... I recieved my first bill from T Mobile May they said I owed a $35.00 activation fee. Well I called them and talked to a Debra and she told me to fax her the info so I did.

Month goes by I pay my bill and pay the $35.00 fee. Then I hear nothing so I call again T Mobile and talk to a Brian and asked him about the $35.00 actition fee again Brian said fax him the info so I did. Never heard from him. SO today I called talk to some girl didn't get her name. I again asked about this $35.00 that I have paid two times. Well I finally get an answer after they turned my phone off. Well that first fee was not from us it was from the company you purchased the phone from.

Well ok I said then please turn my phone back on. Well we can't do that you still owe us $25.00. Then I get Robert the so call supervisor. I told him the owe story and he said he couldn't turn my phone on that he sent out 3 letters to let me know my account in pass due.By the way it wasn't it is now. So I told Robert that I have called this being my 3rd time. That if only Debra or Brian could of answered my question like the girl before you we wouldn't be in this problem. SO I want my phone turned on. No we sent you 3 letters. He this guy Robert is a so called supervisor and doesn't hear or listen to what I have been saying. If I could of gotten an anwser We wouldn't be having this conversation. He still wouldn't or couldn't turn the phone on and then I said I wanted to speak to his supervisor oh he is in a meeting. BOY doesn't that always happen.

So I told Robert that if he would of said "Yes I will turn your phone and sorry for the misunderstanding I would of paid them the $25.00; But no Robert could not be polite or understanding he just said we sent you 3 letters and I told him I responded to the letters by calling. Customer Service stinks at T Mobile
