I bought my hp in a buddle brand new and it was my frist comupter three years ago since I had the comupter it has been slow and crashes and blue screen and the buttons are coming off and the camra lens fall of and the battieres will not stay in with out tape and now it is broken I have called and asked. About the warrnety that hp carries and i could not be helped. I thought that hp was a good brand but now i know that they are not a good brand nor good and custmer serives I had wasted my hard eared money now I tell everyone I meet about what hp did to me.
