Customer service is quick to get back to you as long its a question about setting up an account or taking your bid money. I have received the gift cards but none of the other four items I won. I checked the claim number cue111130lpz002830, it showed items were shipped and received. I e-mailed customer service to inform them that I did not recieve my items and it took over a week for them to get back to me. They finally responed and told me items were shipped and to allow 5-15 days for delivery. Not fast enough response to my satisfaction on both e-mail and delivery. Plus the fact they gave me a false tracking number. I checked the three major carriers and they had no records on any shipment with the tracking number dealfun gave me. 100% satisfaction is the false advertising issue here.
