Consumer Report

I purchased a deal pack for $100 in November to try and get some of the awesome items that they advertise. The first day I won a MP3 clip player for $1.16. A couple of days later I won a high priced cell phone fo r $1.45. These items I paid for in addition to my $100 bid pack. The money was taken out immediately from my account. The items showed shipped on Nov 26 and they gave a tracking # from a shipping company called 4PX. Everytime I tried to track the order they couldn't find anything. I wrote to customer service and they advised me that they would reship my items if they weren't received in a few weeks. Of course now Christmas went by and I didn't have any items. They sent me an email 1/7 and said my items have been reshipped and they provided a new tracking # with 4PX. Again 4PX showed this as a failed tracking # and had no record of shipping my items.in the meantime I still went on my dealfun account daily and bid on items. Each day they give you a free spin on the wheel to win bids or mystery gifts.in the period that I had my account I WON 2 mystery gifts. They never shipped either and I was told that they stopped doing business with the supplier of these gifts and credited my account in bids. Today I receive another message from them that they have refunded my account the $1.45 and $1.16 for the two items I purchased as they are no longer doing business with those suppliers. I called the customer service department and advised them that I wanted the items that I paid for 2 months ago, and that they supposedly had shipped twice. She said I'm sorry you can not get the items and she blamed the shipping company. I closed my account and asked them to credit my $100 for my original bid package. She said she would, but it will take 10-14 days. I asked her why it takes so long when you purchase an item, they take it out immediately and I explained that when they refunded the $1.45 and $1.16 it went through immediately. She stated that this is their process. I doubt I will ever see my $100. They are a scam and I don't beleive they have the items in stock that they are advertising. If they do and you win it for under what they want to take, you will never get your items. Don't waste your time on the bogus bidding and getting scammed to think you got a good deal on merchandise you will never receive.
