Like others I won 2 items on December 8th. I have been in touch with "customer support" and my item have been shipped twice. I have been given tracking numbers and the last two numbers I have been tracking thru the USPS tracking system. One of the items was delivered to someone in Kentucky and the other item shows that it is in Florida. I live in Austin Texas. It seems that we are all getting the same responses from DealFun, and I am sure I will never see these items.
