Loss of patience

Due to loss of income, had to drop my internet service which i intent to pay after the holidays, my cable is not working loss of signal, they cannot send a tech over, until i pay the internet, i have try to resolve issue, they have not to try to help me at all, still paying for cable that dosent, work, customer service are rude, think they be more understanding hope not to see them in buss long
