I ordered the free trial of Juveneu in early October this year and
have since received two more 50ml. Bottles of th "serum". I wanted to return the 2nd.& 3rd. Bottles as A$80.00 per month is far too expensive for me to afford each month.
However, as the other complainants about the company, on this website have found, there is no contact phone number or return address. The first two parcels were sent from Atlanta, but the last one originated in Edinburgh, Scotland, so I don't know where i could return the products to to ensure that no more are sent.
I feel that the only way to stop the debits going onto my credit card is to cancel the card... Something not convenient just before Christmas.
Not a happy customer!!!
