I am in Brisbane, Australia. The way I read the ad there were two products that they said worked together. One was the Juveneu and the other was called 'Lethe Wrinkle Reduction'. But they said it would only cost around A$2.00 for postage. So I ordered them both, I only ever received 2x bottles of the Juveneu, and have just realised that they were charging my M/C amounts of between A$76.16 - A$86.82 (7 transactions I've counted so far) altogether they have taken A$423.43 out of my Master Card account, and I have had to put a stop on that card and get a new one.
Both the parcels came from Atlanta GA, (they were marked "gift") but the transactions on my account have been from Miami, Florida and the UK... I have an email from the 'Family Vita Health' talking about a 10 day introductory offer which they charged my M/Card A$11.90 which is not what it said in the ad. There is a phone number which I tried calling, but got an answer phone and they said they were called "Family Vita Health", will try again...
