I found this on the web, thought I would try there free offer. It arrived, loved the product then two more products arrived within the month. I thought this was a bit unusual but loved the product so kept them. When the product started arriving every month I tried in vain to contact the company but could not contact them. I looked on the website and to my horror found I was not the only one looking for this company to lodge a complaint. I have stopped my card being used for ongoing debits by Juveneu. I never gave Juveneu authority to bill me for anything apart from the first shipping charges on my card. I feel really dumb that I have taken so long to do something about this although I have tried to contact them repeatedly.
