I contacted the above in early September to take part in a Free Trial of the products Juveneu serum and also the cream (both items reported to have amazing anti-wrinkle effects.) The serum arrived in about 3 weeks and I was only charged for postage and packing. Then on Oct. 20th I received another bottle of serum which I had not ordered and I have just seen that an unauthorized payment of £56.20 had been charged to my Mastercard. On checking my next Mastercard statement I noticed that a further £59.11 had been charged to my a/c by Juveneu for a second product that had not been ordered! I decided to cancel my Mastercard and order another one as I did not want to risk any further unauthorized payments being made by this company! I will contact Mastercard for their advice on what further action I can take i any but in the first instance, I just wanted to cancel my card details of which Juveneu held. I would welcome any further advice from Scambook about this disgraceful scam!
