I also requested trials from Revitaderm, then read the fine print, my advice to you all is to call their 24 hour hotline like I did, threaten legal action and that you will go to television company that they advertised through and don't take any shit from them. I have had a refund by threatening them with very serious Fraud and Theft scam, and they stopped arguing and gave me my product money back and cancelled my account with them. This is after denying receiveing any email from me, which I had sent and had a response from saying that they would get back to me in 48 hours or so, and after my initial phone call within seconds of making the purchase when I realised the small print said they would take further money out of my account. They told me that I had to wait 24 hours to cancel the order, and of course this is another scam. BE ASSERTIVE, go to your banks and get them on side and ring the 24 hour hotline and demand your money back. You do realise that they still take out the postage so if they have 10,000 people cancelling it then they still are making $80,000 on the basis of just the postage deduction. So my take is also refuse to pay the postage and request all the money returned. I have still not received my product.
