Their advertisment on the web stated that for the price of postage only they would send a work at home packet. There was no small print. When I received the DVD the seven days had expired that allows you to inspect the product before making a decision. When I discovered that there was a scam in progress I called them and immediately cancelled the transaction and requested a full refund of my money minus the postage. I was given a confirmation number and instructed on how to return the DVD. I followed the instructions to the letter but still have not received my refund. My calls have been met with stalling tactics. They continue to tell me they have not received the returned package. They got me good.
