Took up an advertised offer for Revitaderm and perfect radiance skin care "trial for only the price of postage"
The "trial" products were received and postage invoiced on 14/11 and subsequently invoiced at full price on 25/11. This was then repeated in december and only noticed on checking my bank statement. A Cypriot company (agios dometico) is the name appearing on the statement. UK pnd 74.95 ; 79.99 each month
The tel no apparently for Linlithgow is answered in the Phillipines by a call centre with apparently no knowledge of the operating company or its whereabouts.
Unfortunately the small print in their payment page declares that if the "trial" product "order" is not cancelled within 12 days they are contracted to supply you the product on a monthly basis - forever! This page is not evident when you are completing the on line "order" form for their postage only trial offer.
Clearly 12 days is not enough to trial the product and the offer is for a postage only "trial" at first sight. Revitalise Health and Beauty wherever they are based should be litigated against for something!!! Or the local Trading Standards or Advertising Standards (if they are based in Linlithgow!?) should take them to task and fine them for misleading advertising and sharp practice - it is at best inertia selling.
