Company sent me a defective product, when I asked for refund, they said to send it back to them. I asked for a return box and postage label, they said they would not do that but to show proof of my return postage and they would refund to me.
I returned the product at a cost of $10.98 for the postage and sent them a jpeg as proof, they gave me a refund for the orignal purchase price of the defective product but refuse to give me a refund for the postage. They instead want to give me a store credit, I have no desire to buy anything from this company, especially since they sell defective products and then refuse to pay for the return postage of such items.
