I sent for a trial of two products for which I had to pay postage only and understood there was no obligation to purchas. E further products. The products were Revitaderm, and Perfect radiance. The money for the postage was taken from my account forthwith and I was informed that I should recieve the samples by the 25th November. I still have not received them! Now I have been billed by the above company for a further months supply which I have yet to receive. I have emailed the company at support at revitaderm which was the email address that they confirmed my original order from and recieven a computer generated reply saying that I would get a member of staff contact me personally with in 48 hours. I do have a phone no for this company in the UK which I will ring if this does not happen.
