This Company not only scammed us but several other clients of a very good Brooker, T. Spence Windsor Capital T. Spence claims to be able to finnance mortgages and other commercial property loans also claiming to buy our house and then finnance 100% our mortgage in another state. He request a 2,000 dollar deposit earnest money be paid so begin the paper work he directs you to his sight on line www.WINDSORGlobalCapital.com to pay this money but the sight says a completly different adventure but he reassures you that it is okay just e-mail him whrn it is done and they will know what it is for, but once he gets his money he does nothing only stalls and begins to tell you you bought a pkg. To be partners or some crazy thing his sight says. We lost our property we lost 2,000 and are trying to get it back we paid by credit card because i told him we would not do it any other way but the other victims were told cash only, our Brooker bless his heart has had to pay this money out of his own pocket but still trying to retreive it back from this Windsor Capital T. Spence! This company is a fraud he has no license to finnace any mortgages and he is telling people in all states that he can! We are still fighting to get all money back and get this worm in Jail DONOt do business with Windsor Capital T. Spence he is a fraud and a thief, he cannot finnce any mortgage anywhere!!
