T. Spence Windsor Global Capital promised to originate and finance a mortgage in Florida for us also going into contract with us to buy our house in Oklahoma, but to do this he stated he needed a 2,000 dollar deposit earnest money to begin the process, stating he wanted us to pay it in cash which we refused so he reluctuntly agreed sending us to his web site www.WINDSORGlobalCapital.com to follow certain directions and pay by credit card after going to the site I expressed concern that it was not stating the correct statements pretaining to our agreement he said that was okay that when we were done there to call and he would intercept. We and at least 3 other clients have been frauded T. Spence has not provided anything for anyone just took our money!!! He is a fraud he is not licensed in any of our states to do mortgage loans, we have filed reports with attorney generals and Banking finnace depts. Donot do any bussiness with this guy he is a thief and a lier a con that will take your 2,000 and sit back and laugh. Not one of us have gotten our money back we are still fighting if anyone else has dealt with this crook please contact me!!!
