T. Spence, the president of Windsor Global Capital Corp, received and cashed $2,000 in cashier's check for "loan processing deposit" from us in August. T. Spence led us to believe that his company will "owner finance" a commercial property we were trying to purchase. Prior to everything, T. Spence knew we are unable to purchase the property using conventional financing. T. Spence knew that we are interested in owner financing which he claimed his company is capable of doing.
After several weeks of emails and phone calls back and forth, T. Spence gave us numerous excuses as to why our loan has not been processed as owner finance. T. Spence referred our loan to "Peter" a conventional commercial lender (Spence claimed he knew Peter). Spence was well aware our loan will not get approve using conventional lending.
On 9/29, I sent an email to T. Spence asking him and his company to refund us $2,000 since they were not able to owner-finance our loan. T. Spence did not respond to my emails requesting for refund. To this date, we have not heard anything from T Spence regarding our refund.By the way, there are other families in Cedar Park, TX who were victims of this T Spence, Windsor Global Capital Corp $2K scam. The other victims were trying to purchase residential homes. Their website is not only advertising real estate financing but affiliates as well.
