I viewed a video/news report on this site and decided to check it out. Upon registration it stated it was giving me 25 free bid credits to check out the site and if it was what I felt for me and to do so before making any purchases of bids credits to use later on. After I read everything as to how the site worked and how to bid I decided to play with it using what I believed was the 25 free bid credits. It showed it gave me 25 free bid credits after I validated my email to them. So I started bidding on this item to see how it worked. Next thing I see I'm now up to 275 bids instead of 25. After jumping through hoops and trying to get to my account I saw where they charged my account $99 for an additional 250 bid credits.
To make it worst they took the 5-6 bids I put inon that 250 bid credits and have the 25 free ones to be used lastly. I immediately emailed them since I could not get them on chat that I did not authorize this $99 charge and I want it removed ASAP or I would file with my credit card company when it showed there letting them know this was an unauthorized charge. Now I'm playing the wait and see game as to weather they will remove that charge.
I also went back to the site to see about closing that account and they do not give you that ability. You can register but no way to shut down the account which is what I want to do once I get this charge reversed with my credit card company. I have also advised them that I will also contact the Better Business Bureau and state authorities in there state where they are registered and in my state if they don't reverse the charge.
