T. Spence is not a respectable business man. Please stay away from this company because this guy told me to put $4,000 down to get me a hard money loan. He said the reason for that was because i didn't have any money. I droveto manhattan to meet meethim at his so call office, but it was a 6 feet by 6 feet room with his clothes hang on them. I made the mistake because i was in need of the loan to closea deal.
