I have been with DSLExtreme on and off ad I have moved around for nearly 15 years and I have seen them grow from a small company in Pasadena to what has become a non caring poor performing behemoth. They have absolutely without a doubt the WORST customer service and technical support that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with and I will soon be finding another ISP. They would not and could not help me, refused to let me speak to a supervisor, would not issue a trouble ticket and finally when I thought I was being sent to a Tier 2 technical support person that could finally after two hours get something done, I wound up talking to Microsoft???
