Dslextreme.com is the worst internet company out there. We were on an automatic renewal and they took us off and raised our rate. We cancelled our service at the end of May with them and they billed us for June and then only re-imbursed us partially because they took their time cancelling us. You don't even get the full service you pay for and that's why we cancelled them. I suggest nobody does service with them as they are all liars. They are not even in America.
