They will not return purchases in the form that they were purchased in. They do not seem to understand that a debit card purchase is like cash — it should be returned as a debit return using your pin number, or be given the option of cash.
Their employees make random, stupid statements that show they don't even understand the difference.
What I found is that "stores" do say similar things like it's returned "based on the signature". Can't figure what that would mean since a signature was not used for the purchase.
What it really means is that the company got their funds immediately, BUT WON'T GIVE IT BACK FOR DAYS — SO FAR IT'S 4 DAYS AND NO REFUND TO MY ACCOUNT.
That's unfair!
