Next they will tell you that you need to contact the manufacturer for an exchange. If you file with Paypal, they still demand that you pay shipping fees to return the box of broken pieces. Throughout this ordeal you will be subjected to snide, rude, arrogant treatment from the goon squad they call customer service. They are especially nasty to senior citizens and seem to find that entertaining. The only honest thing about this seller is the moniker, The Master Thief. Seniors beware!
