This discount Internet store shipped me a defective watch. They do not offer refunds, that's Ok, all I wanted was an exchange for a working watch. They did not answer their customer service phone, or return messages. After a week of e-mailing them everyday, they said I would have to return it to the manufacturer and pay them to get it fixed. This was a brand new watch that they sold. They should exchange it at no cost, not make me pay shipping and repair fees to the manufacturer.
