After hearing their advertisement several time on the radio station I was listening (WBEE 102.3 Chicago, Il). Offering $2000.00 in grocery savings/coupons per year. I made the bad decision to call the toll free number provided. I spoke with a southern gentleman named Patrick. The order was process and no comformation number given for the charge to my debit card. I called the same 800 on (800.275.0015) 11/20/211 as the order had not been received within the promised ten (10) days. The gentleman quickly made me aware he could not help an I'd need to contact customer service. He gave me a phone number to reach customer service and they could be reached on Mondays and Fridays only between the hours of 3pm and 5pm only. On hearing this I realized I'd been had and did not write down the customer service number.
