A radio advertisement stated that this company was doing research on what brands and products people bought at grocery stores. For a shipping charge that was refundable (19.95) they would send me an access card to get free groceries. Totalling $1000 per year. All I had to do was shop online at their site and I would get a printable voucher to take to the grocery store. I could not buy generic products or tobacco and alcohol. I received the access card today and all I get is a website with a bunch of coupons. Furthermore, I looked at my credit card statement and found that they signed me up for a UMG travel recurring charge of 1.95/mo which I quickly cancelled. I also cancelled my credit card so that noone else can use it. I want my 19.95 back. When you call the number they gave for customer service, noone answers. When you call the number that was on the radio, it doesn't work anymore. What a scam!
