I called the number (1-800-275-0015) that was advertised on a radio commerical to receive a $2000.00 stimulus package of groceries. I received a card with a registration number to activate my coupon account. I was under the impression that I would receive a voucher or debit card worth $2000.00 for groceries. Not once did the salesmen mention coupons/discounts on merchandise. I called them immediately and informed them that I did not want to participate with the program. I called them on February 4th. The fee of $19.95 was withdrawn from my account on the 6th of February, yet I did not receive the "package" until February 17th. None of the cancellation numbers were provided to me via the "package" as the salesmen instructed me it would. I called the customer service number 1 (800) 520-7034 and told them I'm not interested in the program. I have been misled and now I have to cancell services and hope they discontinue withdrawing money from my account. Will keep you posted.
