I was looking to save some money on collect calling from my boyfriend who is incarcerated. These people at jail call solutions said as long as I set up an account they would provide me with a local number. Well I did everything they asked and the number they gave me was blocked. I could not get in contact with them. There is no working number and the emails are bogus. I didn't get any services I paid for. Now they won't refund my money and I have no way to contact them. Complete scam!
