Beware. I signed up with Jail Call Solutions on 6/1, for 6 months of service (plus a one time fee). They called me the next day with a local phone number for my son to call. I immediately tried to open an account with the jails provider on-line, but received a message that an account could not be opened with the information provided. I called the phone provider and they said that the number I was trying to use was already on someone else's account. 2 months later, after 22 e-mails and more than a dozen not-so-pleasant voice mails requesting a usable number, I received a call from Jail Call Solutions stating that the number they gave me was the only number they had and that they would refund my money, but not all of it. They informed me that they could not refund the one-time fee of $14.95. I have yet to receive any money back from this company. This is a scam. They take your money, don't provide the service you paid for, string you along for months.
