I Signed up with Jail call solutions to try to save money when I talk to my friend whom is incarcerated, because the calls through Securus were costing a lot of money per call. I was trying to find a cheaper way that would say me money during calls and I kept seeing an advertisement for Jail call solutions. They promised to save so many dollars per call without the consumer having to change their phone number, and when you sign up with them, they give you a phone number to give to your inmate to call you. I had to go through Securus to do this, because the number had to be added to a list, and securus is the phone call provider for this particular prison. That is when the person whom I spoke with informed me the the calls through Jcs would be blocked. I have tried emailing them, they won't answer my emails, I have called them several times in the last few days, and they won't answer any of my calls either. I have left messages for them to call me back with no results, and when I visit their site where they have the email us links, none of them work. I have trying to contact them to get a refund, because I am on a fixed income. I do believe this company is a scam. This all happened on 08/09.
