On July 21 I signed up for a subscription fee of $9.95 with Dreamvest, LLC to access financial information on various companies to aid on my trading, but after a couple of weeks I realized I wasn’t getting the information I was looking for so I decided to cancel the subscription, so I called in (september) and spoke with a secretary which took my information over the phone and told me that the next morning she was going to pass the information to someone to take care of cancelling the subscription and not to worry, two weeks later I realize that they had increased the Fee from $9.95 to 19.95 so I sent them an e-mail explaining that I had called in and cancel my subscription a couple of weeks ago. But, this wasn’t enough they charged me again $19.95 on that same month, thinking that all of this is some sort of error I wrote another e-mail detailing my information and adding my credit card statement showing the two charges and demanding a refund; this approach didn’t work either since on November 21 they charged me once again $19.95, so I called in again I spoke once again with some sort of secretary which basically told me she was hired to collect information and pass it on.
So my only option was to cancel my credit card.
