I suddenly started receiving Parents Magazine a couple of weeks ago. I didn't order it. I don't want. My Visa card was charged for the subscription. I have tried to cancel this subscription. I am not allowed to cancel it because the subscription is through an "agency". No other information could be provided. And the charge is associated with Parents Magazine, but they will not cancel it.
