After awknoledging receipt they said they had sent items and provided a tracking DHL number.
Today, after the DHL number was never recognized, they said "package had been retained by customs" and asked for additional $460 dollars to be sent in order to free merchandise from customs. After I asked for further information they said "kindly" accepted a lower pay and asked me to send "only" $310.
