First, they email me prize list about there products and send me quotation show that free shipping cost if reach $300. After I paid in western Union he send DHL Tracking number which cannot track. That why I trust to paid in western union because what he said below and last email after that nothing.
You have to pay 38% VAT if you send the money to our company bank account, it is China Gov policy, you should know this. I am sorry that we don't accept paypal payment. Our payment methods are only Bank transfer and Western Union. It is our company policy, not what I can decide.
