Like the other guy already said, this website looks very real, with all kind of info and credibility. I found this website looking for a phone on craiglist.com. It was a good deal so I got into the website and checked it out. After contacting with them by chat and ask them a bunch of questions I thought everything was true. I asked for their company number and name, if I needed to pay any extra fees at the customs services and everything looked good. They didn't accept paypal which made me a little nervous, but at the end, I decided to buy it.
I was supposed to get a tracking number right after I sent the money by Western Union but what a surprise when the lady told me there was a problem and they had sent too many items out and they were waiting for the tracking numbers. I didn't like that at all... But today I talked to them again and now it looks like I have to pay $145 because of customs fees and I have to pay it today. Since they have a return policy, I asked for my money back and, what a surprise! They don't want to give me my money back. This is the email I got today.
"Dear friend:
Hope you everything goes well. We have contacted the officer in custom so many times, but a piece of bad news:
Mr. Wang Ming has delivered the Apple iPhone 4S to HaiDian Custom on Nov 26th. And our staffs have inspected the packing list.in fact, all formalities they have handed in are all professional and clear, but according to the new regulation, we have to charge 154 USD for additional exporting tax.
They asked 154 USD for the additional tax as penalty because your price is lower 20% than China market. According to the new regulation, you need pay for 154 USD to clear custom as soon as possible.
I am sorry that we could not know it early! Please be considerate and check the invoice from custom. You should pay the tax to us as soon as possible so that we can clear customs for you quickly. Or they will take an action in 5 days from now on.

I just lost 330 dollars and I want them back. If anyone know how to fight this, please help me.
